Green House – El Nino Feminized

Overview

El Nino is named for the stormy pacific weather phenomenon, and fittingly so. Although not as high in THC as some  strains on the market, El Nino certainly packs a punch.

El Nino was originally bred by Green House Seeds in 1996, but it wasn’t stabilised until ’98 when it won two awards at the High Times Cup. It is a fast growing strain with many branches and multiple budding sites, producing short, fat, resinous flowers. Yields are moderate but may be increased by utilising training methods such as Low Stress Training, Sea of Green or Screen of Green.

Due to the tropical nature of its lineage, El Nino grows better under lights in northern latitudes and should only really be grown outdoors if you live somewhere with a suitably warm climate.

El Nino has a pleasant taste and aroma, mostly bearing testament to its haze parentage with earthy overtones and lemony hints. The hit is immediate. Definitely one for smoking in the evening as you experience couch-lock afterwards.
