The team at Delicious have tested a wide range of specimens of Lavender and crossed this with the best indica-dominant pheno and the best sativa-dominant pheno. The result is Caramelo, a high yielding, hard-hitting, great-tasting strain. It’s easy to see how she has won at least 14 different cannabis cups.

Caramelo favors the sativa side of the family during growth, especially in the veg stage. She responds remarkably well to topping and pruning, creating many branches that are ideal for SCROG set-ups. This may be necessary for indoor growers as Caramelo can quickly fill your grow space.

Caramelo will thrive outdoors, returning yields of around 17oz/plant in optimum conditions. Great resistance to mold means she will return good yields, even if conditions are damp. Harvest time is around early to mid October.

Stealth growers need to be aware of the powerful funky aroma that can attract attention unless odor control measures are in place. Once dried and cured, Caramelo has a beautiful bouquet that is floral with musky hints of liquorice. The flavor is sweet like nutty caramel, although there’s no mistaking that deep skunky undercurrent.
