Overview
White Widow, or The Widow as she is affectionately known, must be one of the most famous and best loved cannabis strains in the world. There are many versions available for you to choose from. It has been a mainstay in the Green House repertoire for over two decades, renowned for its stability and reliability.
White Widow is a hybrid of indica and sativa, joining together genetics from Brazil and Southern India, to create the perfect blend. She stays fairly short and her profuse lateral branching makes her an ideal candidate for SCROG set-ups.
The Widow is a great choice for beginners. She is easy to grow and decent yields are achievable even by novices. Experienced growers should be able to get over 25oz/m² under lights, and if you let her stretch her legs outdoors you can top 30oz/m². Outdoor harvests will be ready by end of September after a flowering time of 8 weeks.
Buds are firm and bejewelled in the frosty resin that gives this strain its name. White Widow smokes with a complex flavour that is flowery on top with a deep undertone of funky dank goodness. The hit is a beautiful combination of soaring sativa high and lazy indica body stone. This is potent weed and the effects are both powerful and long lasting.
