Skunk #1 is the original hybrid strain and the first to successfully marry together the best qualities of both sativas and indicas. She is a vigorous grower and can put on a huge amount of weight during the flowering phase of her growth. Indoor growers should experiment with a variety of training techniques to keep her stature under control and enhance yields even further. Super Cropping and Screen of Green work great. Outdoors, Skunk #1 is best suited to moderate climates where the summers are of normal length.

Don’t forget why they called it skunk. She’s a smelly lass and if you have neighbors then you should consider the effectiveness of your ventilation and odor control measures. The success and stability of Skunk #1 makes it a very useful plant for breeding new strains and most modern hybridised strains have a little bit of skunk in there somewhere.
